Information for clients leaving their personal property at Heppell I.T. for storage.
Personal Property includes, but is not limited to: Caravans, Boats, Trailers, Cars and other items.

RISK: The following risks exist when you leave your items in storage:
– Theft
– Vandalism
– Damage by direct sunlight, rain, hail, fire
– Falling trees / branches
– Wildlife / bird poo etc.

RISK MITIGATION: Despite the above risks, we believe the risk to be quite low due to:
– Quiet neighbourhood / low crime rate
– After hours the driveway gates are closed
– 24/7 video camera surveillance from 11 cameras, with 3 weeks retention
– Nearly always someone home.

INSURANCE: Our insurance policies do NOT cover client’s property left on our premises.
It is up to you (the client) to ensure that their insurance policy’s will cover them in the event of a claim.
Clients leaving property with us do so at their own risk.

INDEMNITY: By leaving items with us, clients agree to Indemnify Heppell I.T. of any liability as a result of any damage or theft of my personal property whilst it is at their premises in Gnangara.
