Storage for Caravan, Boat, Cars & Trailers. Located on our 1 hectare residential private property in Gnangara. As we live and run a small business onsite, there is nearly always someone here, making it quite secure. It’s also protected by CCTV security system, and has electric gates with ability to remotely open by owner. We can give you access to relevant cameras so you can see your item(s) and check to see if gate is open. You will need to have your own insurance for your item, as our residential insurance will not cover it. Please read our insurance / indemnity statement.

Price per item stored is $85 Inc GST per month, invoiced in advance. You can opt to be invoiced every 2, 3 or more months if you would prefer. We do not make you sign a contract, and so you can exit at any time. Easy!

The main gate is open during office hours, and accessing your item after hours is by simply calling us, and we can open the gate for you, whether we are home or not. We have backup numbers in case you can’t get us.
